VP Human Resources – Human Resources

With over 20 years of HR experience in several sectors, I am currently driving the HR Agenda for Plasman in Europe. It goes without saying that this is not something I work on by myself. We are a dedicated HR Team of approximately 20 professionals across Europe where we have six plants and one Headquarter. In addition, we work closely with our HR Team in Plasman North America as well as the Plasman Global Headquarters.

My mission is to contribute to developing a culture that aligns with our corporate values and goals and where people can grow and develop. I have a personal motto “as global as possible, as local as necessary” which for me means that we always should strive for having the same processes, tools and way of working. However, with respect for local and country practices. 

At Plasman, we take pride in having a dedicated and engaged workforce that takes ownership and collaborate to achieve our promise to our customers. We are constantly looking for people and talents that would like to work with us.
