Plasman Strakonice is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to drive production performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure our automotive manufacturing facility achieves its strategic objectives. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to make an impact at one of the region’s prominent automotive suppliers.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost control, and product quality.
• As a member of Plasman Europe Extended Leadership team, contribute to the overall Europe Business Agenda and development of Plasman Europe. 
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork among a diverse workforce
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and Plasman Global standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, finance, quality, and HR to ensure seamless operations and drive P&L results.
• Support talent development through coaching, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Secure we deliver on our commitments to our customers within the Automotive Industry. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degree is an asset.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in plant management within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record in leading teams, driving process improvements, and achieving operational targets.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Czech and English languages required; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
