IT Technician

Our innovative automotive company is seeking a talented IT Technician with a passion for technology and problem-solving. Your role will be vital in upholding our IT infrastructure and guaranteeing system efficiency, thereby playing a key part in our commitment to providing flawless technology solutions. 

Location: Plasman Europe HQ office in Gothenburg 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical support across the company
  • Take ownership of the ticketing system
  • Work towards a higher degree of automation/standardization in Plasman processes 
  • Act as a resource in IT projects 
  • Ensure policies and strategies are followed and developed
  • Ensure an adequate level of IT security

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to independently organize, prioritize, conduct activities necessary to maintain a stable IT environment
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role

Bonus qualifications and skills

  • Familiarity with SysAid system
  • Knowledge of SCCM and/or Intune
  • Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
