Key Responsibilities of the Plant Controller

• Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the plant and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Develop financial strategies to enhance profitability.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate financial forecasts to management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve high performance and meet financial objectives.
• ERP System Management: Optimize the use of ERP systems for financial tracking and reporting. Plasman is currently using SAP

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Experience: Experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial software applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
